Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up. To keep sessions running smoothly for all players, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will result in the full session fee being charged, as we are unable to fill that slot at short notice.
